Theme ; Challenge by Art Creations Friday.
For me it's always fun to learn more and more about photoshop when i'm making a tutorial that i found on the internet.
As you know i've use them often to take part at a challenge !!
This time i created a Super Cool Watercolor Effect in 10 steps!!
