When I get wild and crazy then there is one song I always scream out loud!
"CRYYYYY BABYYYY" by the one and only ROCK GODDES Janis Joplin !
It's certainly not to hear and must be horrible when I pull my throat open
but I bet my decibels are as loud as Janis' :)
Another song of her which get me out of my sphere is
"PIECE OF MY HEART" ♫ Oh Come on Come on Come on TAKE IT ! ♫
Volume UP while writing this post !!

Fab retro design for your CD cover, Rian, terrific take on today's theme! YES I can hear you singing from here - ROCK ON, Rian!! :)
Another sad story of a life ended far too soon. Love your Janis Joplin cover. She would've liked it too.
(And you have a nice day too, Miss Rian. Thanks for joining us this week!)
Wow! I am a fan of Janis Joplin and your wonderful retro collage and the first picture are a great tribute to her and her songs. Fantastic!!
Regarding the city scape in my Van Gogh picture, it is one of a collection of maybe four city scapes by Christina Renee now of Scrapbookgraphics. I'm not sure if she is still selling them. They are not brushes but could very easily be made into PS brushes. There are two versions of the scapes - one in plain black and the other in a faded "vellum".
I was very interested in your comments relating to the artist and the picture to your home town (or close to it).
I can never listen to "Starry, starry night" without shedding a few tears.
You did a great job with Janis and thanks again for showing us how. Sing out and sing loud--like nobody is listening!!!Have a great day, Rian!
Oh wow, such wonderful pieces - the covers look so professional.
Yet another great voice silenced too soon. She had a tremendous pair of lungs! Rian, your digital art is awesome. You always put so much into your work and we who view it appreciate what you produce. This is a great tribute to Janis.
Oh, I went back and listened to several versions of Autumn Leaves and it is Nat King Cole by a landslide as my favorite.
In response to your comment on my blog, Rian, no, I didn't draw the stars or silhouettes. They are the fabulous new Dina Wakley stamps.
Thanks for visiting!
